I went in for a haircut and asked to get some layers put back in my hair. We agreed on taking an inch and a half off the bottom length. After the original cut, I had nice layered curls cascading down the back. It looked great. I asked for another half inch off the length at the bottom. She proceeded to cut another one and a half inches off and I believe even more off of the upper layers. When checking out, she bragged about taking 3 inches off my hair, when I had only asked for two. She cut it like she wanted it and not how I had asked her. Instead of cascading curls, I have a choppy cut which makes me look like a shaggy dog! Worst haircut I have ever had! It's horrible! I wish I had checked reviews for this place before going there. I would have definitely stayed away!

I drove 25 min to get a hair cut. Worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a low fade. Simple cut right. I get what they wanted to cut. I ended with a military buzz cut. I hate it. I'll never be back. Went home and shaved my head. Next time Ill asked my 10year old to cut my hair.
