        Great friendly service! Did a pre-purchase inspection on a pre-owned car. Went above and beyond by going and picking up the car. That was a great help since I live 4 hours away.

        A big "shout out" to Lisa and her amazing team. When I first spoke to Lisa, I knew right away that she was professional, sincere, and understood my needs regarding my SUV. She never over committed her team or make false promises before having my SUV in her shop. After accessing my concerns, she followed up with a call to give me the diagnosis and an estimate of cost based on their findings. She assured me that if the estimate needed to change, that she would consult with me first before preforming the work. This is very important to me, since I am not a mechanic and need to trust the commitment of the garage that I choose to spend my money with. Wall Street Garage services was shared from a mutual friend that "signs their praises". Lisa and team, thank you for taking care of my needs and giving me a very competitive price.

        I appreciate the service, I was charged $60 over hourly rate, & you guys even charged me extra on the parts. I was going to make a big deal, but decided to just keep it moving. I paid $409 for a job that should have been $100-$125 cheaper. But this is what happens when you are traveling (work or pleasure). In this economy be fair. The service was great, so I amenes the stars. But you did not drop everything, and although the conversation went left this morning I wont you to succeed. Be fair & honest and your business will go far. Good Luck

        10/10 highly recommend. Professional, informative and just down right amazing. I called and spoke with Lisa. She told me to bring in the vehicle straight away after describing my car issues. I had gas fumes coming inside vehicle only when heat was on, power steering leaking and much more. They looked at it and determined what was the problem and fixed it Great pricing and amazing staff Ill forever be thankful for them. Thank you Wall Street Garage

      Hi Nathaniel. Thank you for reassessing the star level for the services you received. I still stand by the bill. The majority of people don't realize how expensive it is to run an automotive shop and warranty the work. You were charged the correct book time for the job as well as the retail on parts suggested by my supplier. Any credible shop operates the way we do and if you were local, your bill would look exactly the same. I wish you well with your future endeavors and travels.Original response to feedback:Ouch! This review is painful! Since you were mid-trip from the NY/NJ area hauling a couple cars to Alabama, we dropped everything we were working on and got to your vehicle pronto to get you back on the road. Frankly, I thought we knocked it out of the park for you. I'm going to be calling you as I'm not sure where the $60 over hourly rate comes from; I rechecked your bill and all is in order with our regular shop rate. In addition, you were charged retail for parts per the costs of the supplier I use. Regardless, I could possibly see knocking off a star if you didn’t agree with the charges but—come on!— we did a great job on your vehicle and provided solid service. We definitely deserve much more than one star.
