My mom just passed away, been a customer over 20 years, bill has always been paid promptly and out of no where they come and pick up her full tank, no communication at all and the house now has no heat to work in and go through her belongings!

Chris Bowen is one great technician. He came today for my annual cleaning and safety check. He is so thorough. Id been having lighting problems with basement remote and he got into my manual and quickly fixed the problem. All 3 of my fireplaces are in top condition now!

Horrible accounting and customer service! Marylee will contradict herself over and over, then keep talking over you until you are forced to hang up. We moved away over six months ago and the tank is no longer ours, yet every time they can't get the new guy to pay, we get a bill! Three times our account has been put back to zero, only to have some new charge added in a couple months with the same run around. Bonus...if you are a man, she adjusts your account properly. If you are a woman, she gets belligerent and justifies their fantasy fees. We don't even live in the country anymore... The way Blossman handles accounts and people, I'm shocked they're allowed to handle flammable substances.

Received bid on New home we purchased for tank and gas. Price was a bit high but they could do it in a timely fashion. Then mike, business dev manager wouldn't reply to emails, calls or texts. Then he finally did and he was booked out over 1.5 months and we told him to move forward. After numerous attempts to reach him we finally received an email from him stating that they were withdrawing proposal because of customer demands, 10 days before installation of tank was to be done. Would not recommend.

Refilled my gas tank very quick and the staff helped with my first time refill. And paid only $15 for 4 gallons of propane.
