Angle was great with his customer service he help me to switch over to boost with no problem he also help me to pick a great phone that I love it takes great pictures I would highly recommend that you go to his location if you need a phone or up grade.

Boost is absolute garbage. Texts take hours to come through from literally everyone. Their solutions are generic troubleshooting steps that don't fix their network. Ending my service after 4 years.

Sometimes a bad experience is a blessing. I went into this store to look at a phone and potentially switch to this company. I was the only person in the store so there was no reason for the salesman to not wait on me, except he was on a personal call and eating breakfast. When he finally as what he could do for me and I told him I was thinking of switching and getting a new phone. He asked which and I told him, he then said let him check in the back to see if they had it where he went back to his personal call. I left and called customer service and was told they wouldn't address it because I didn't have an account. And I could go to another store. This told me how I would be treated as a customer. Sad!

My boy today helped me pick the right phone case for my new phone I ordered on the website and also reminded me that I needed a screen protector because I totally forgot about that... The employee at the Belmont, NC store, area code 28012 was so cool and he put my screen protector on and my new phone case... Awesome customer service and that guy is great!!!

Was closed to early n it wasn't even close in time and all lights was on and even open sign was on
