hi Jonna! sorry to hear this. When many people ask for a macchiato they don't understand its an espresso shot marked with foam. They want a starbucks type which is not a true macchiato. Its a latte. We ask the question to clarify because in most cases its not the espresso shot. So the batista did the right thing and was not intentionally giving attitude but ensuring the request. Was it the espresso or latte type starbucks does you were asking for? If what you received was not what you wanted you should have told us and we would have been happy to have given you what you truly wanted or provided a refund. Sorry you were not happy. enjoy your day!
