Would rather drive 5 minutes to the one in Emerald Isle grill & chill DQ. Last time I was at this one, all freezers were shut down, fridge caught fire, and were out of a lot. The employees mom drove and did circles in the parking and was acting strange inside. Just wanted to get out of there, maybe it was just a bad day with no freezers, fridges, and one employee.

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I try to find at least some redeeming qualities in a place. Alas I am left with this. The roasted chicken bites that we ordered were so terrible me and my co worker could not eat them. When I went up and told the woman who was working about then she just casual saksed me what I expected her to do. I have managed a burger King and a McDonald's. At either one of these a refund or at least a promise of a future visit on them would have been in order. She offered neither. She was very unprofessional and unhelpful. The ranch sauce that they served us was almost like jello. When asked she told me it was homemade. I have never been to a chain restaurant that had homemade anything. The health department would have a field day here.
