Worst patient treatment. I was finally able to make an appointment about a month ago in spite of the fact that the office typically doesn't answer the phone and they "triage phone calls". Today I arrived after driving 40 minutes from Waynesville. Couldn't locate the building within the doctor's office park and of course no one answered the phone. I finally found the office and then was told the doctor could not see me today because he was in surgery. They had made no attempt to contact me. He could not see me later in the day and no one else could see me. No apology. It was all stated like this is a pretty routine modus operandi. I walked out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cargill for several years now. He is AWESOME!!!!! I would not consider going to anyone else. He truly cares about my well-being!!

During several years of illness affecting my kidney's Dr. Cargill has been excetional. He has proven a high skill level through-out my diagnoses and treatments as well as a true concern for my well- being. Answers all of my questions with patience . I would not go to anyone else.
