        Dr. Deschner, MD was very clear, communicative, and thorough during the visit with my dad. He explained everything in a very unstandable way and even drew diagrams for my father to better understand the procedure and terms. They are not yet credentialed with the VA, but are working hard to provide services to many veterans.

        Our surgeon was professional and a fantastically nice guy, but it takes forever to get (or discuss) an appointment because the staff just wont answer the phones. And whatever you do, do not push 1 while on hold to receive a callback while preserving your place in the queue. Thats a lie. They just flat out wont call you back, and youll end up just holding a long time when you inevitably have to call back. It happened to us numerous times. If Novant wants to challenge this review, tell them to email me; Ive got the data to back it up.
