        They're always friendly, fast and cooperative at this store. I can guarantee that a solution for my problems will be found and I love that. They also know me on a first name basis which is a lovely touch considering how busy they can get l.

        Went to UPS with 3 packages today and was greeted by Sarah who was super friendly and helpful. She informed me that one of my returns was for USPS not UPS (I'm a ding dong) and told me that she could still take it and USPS would pick it up there. I appreciate her friendly attitude and not making me feel like an idiot for bringing it to the wrong place. She also put my printed address in plastic and attached it to my box for me (unlike USPS who wants to charge you for a piece of clear tape). Thank you Sarah for a pleasant shipping experience!

        Angel is an absolute pro. I came in with a bonkers box related situation fully confused and baffled and he walked me thru the whole thing helped me save a couple bucks and got the package on its way. Top shelf help here. 5 stars for the store 5 stars for Angel.

        I brought a Newegg return to the store and did not have a roll of tape to attach the label. Their employee told me she would attach the label and scanned it, and placed it to the side. That was the last I ever saw of my package. No tracking ever updated, and when I went back to the store two days later I was met with an extreme level of "I don't know, and it's not in the back, and I can't help you." The person that I gave the package to obviously never applied it, and most likely stole my package - which put me out over $700 due to the return never showing up to Newegg. Again, the UPS tracking never updated after this UPS Store's initial scan. The person at this store scanned my package, did not put my label on the box, and then stole it. Do not use this UPS Store as their staff obviously can't be trusted with your packages. You've been warned very clearly.
