      image Groomers were Horribly unprofessional in appearance and behavior ! Booked our dogs first grooming appointment and they had not read the notes specifically given to them during the booking about this being her first visit and how she had anxiety around new faces -then threatened to ban our puppy if she was too anxious - after 5 secs of interaction with her . THEN refused to groom her that day .
      After leaving we called back to get clarification on the information mixup and the girl was very rude and highly unprofessional and not even offering to help us
      Very disappointed will not go back
