My mom, Sister and I came in today. We got there around 3:15, signed in and waited. My sister and I was the first one to get seated for a pedicure Around 3:30. My mom was still waiting for Buff and clean manicure. Sister and I halfway done around 4pm. Our mom finally gets seated around 3:45 Moon starts on her nails. Moon left to start a pedicure with a client. (New client came in at 4:05, Moon found out it was a child and their mom )Moon Never came back my mom, she finally got up around 415 and spoke to the lady at the desk and told her Moon did 7 nails and left. Around 430 my sister and I are done. Moon is still with her new client never goes back to my mother. Nobody speaks to my mom. Nobody ask her anything. Just keep on working. Moon decided to Abandoned my mom to start on a childs pedicure. (The child and his mom did not have an appointment. We was there before them.) It was just really bad customer service and then Moon was trying to argue with us.

Experience here was great!! I left with baby soft feet!! The person that did my nails was absolutely amazing. The service the prices and was even offered water to drink. Was greeted with enthusiasm at the front desk. Everyone was great.
