        I visited both Asheville LensCrafters today. At both locations, the people seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction, and not just selling a pair of glasses. At the Asheville Mall store, I got to work with optometrist Jackie, and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable regarding lens options. I even questioned her about options that LensCrafters did not sell, and she gave honest, non-biased information that helped me make the right choice. I did end up choosing glasses from LensCrafters, and am confident that I made a well informed choice thanks to all of the people at both stores. Jackie ended up sizing my progressive lenses, and I feel very confident that she took accurate measurements.

        I had the best experience with Lens Crafters. From making the appointment, to coming to my appointment, meeting the receptionist, my Eye Dr. Mr. Beaty to picking out my glasses. The lady who helped me was Awesome. She didn't rush me and let me have as much time as I needed to pick the right glasses for me. That's the reason I changed eye Dr's is because they rushed me out the door and I wasn't happy with the glasses SHE chose. At Lens Crafters I got to choose my glasses and I tried on over 20 pair and then their they were the glasses for me. Glasses may be the pair you wear for many years to come cause they are not cheap. Yes you want what you like. Thank you Lens Crafters for taking your time with me and letting me find the right glasses I liked. Can't wait till they are ready. I will recommend anyone to Lens Crafters I sure will.

        Leanna was amazing! We stopped on a whim because we were traveling from Indiana and I had a screw break on my glasses. She not only replaced it, but saved the rest of our vacation!!!! Thank you so much!
