A couple weeks after listing my home with Clarissa it was under contract and sold! I had a bad experience with my house on the market over a year with another agent prior and had lost 2 contracts due to bad advice and other issues. Trust Clarissa she knows her stuff! Love my new Home!. Thank you to everyone involved especially our agent, Clarissa Marshall. I have purchased 6 homes, in my blessed lifetime.. all over the country and this one has been the most satisfying experience, because of Clarissa. I am old cynical, cheap and am always wary of salespeople. Clarissa was not a "Salesperson" she was our agent.. acting entirely on our behalf to assist us in finding our dream home. Clarissa is extremely knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and really approachable. She was quick to share information and kept us informed and prepared for the next step. I think I have my forever home, but if I haven't I will certainly look for her!
