    I am posting to warn others to avoid the annoyance I have had to go through by ordering a breast pump through Aeroflow with insurance.  Please call your insurance company first and find out if it makes more sense for you to buy the pump elsewhere and submit a claim to them directly.  I wish I had.  Depending on your state and insurance company, there may be additional fees charged for ordering through Aeroflow.  For example: my insurance paid $190 for my pump according to my claim forms and said I owed $0, but a third party kept a $100 fee out of that money to process the order through Aeroflow - which means that I had to pay an "upgrade fee" of over $100.  Thus, my insurance and myself paid over $325 for a pump that only retails for $216.  To make matters worse, their customer service and billing dept kept giving me the run around when I questioned their deceptive fees, even hanging up on me and my insurance company while on a 3 way call!  AVOID.  Feels like they are trying to take advantage of pregnant women.

    On vacation from VA. Realized I had forgotten a piece of my CPAP face mask. The first night in town, I had to use blue paint tape and toothpicks to tape my mask together enough to try to sleep. This company was the only nearest place I could find to try to buy the part I needed. I stopped in the next day and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. The company is a distribution center and states typically they do not have the items for resale at the location. She went out of her way, after hearing my pitiful story, to get me the piece I needed. If you are in a pinch, they can work it out! I am so grateful! Thank you for helping me to get a good night sleep while on vacation.

    I had problems with this company from the outset.  In September (2022), I was told by Eric I needed to see my doctor about compliance in regards to the Bi-PAP machine (and I did).  In January, the mask broke and despite being double insured (Medicare and backed up by Blue Cross/Blue Shield), they refused to supply a new mask to me.  My ONLY solution (sic) was to buy a complete new mask and set up ($219)... this company is a joke and it is a racket.  I paid the price, 12 days ago, and I have YET to get an email saying it is being shipped.  I have the old (broken) mask on with knotted rubber bands, but the seal lifts every 10-15 minutes, squeals from the oxygen escaping.  I would like to see anyone try to sleep like this.

    Just try and call them. You could tear your hair out to get through. I tried 5 times and used the extension my representative gave me in an email and was told there is no such extention. Insane!!!! I called back and pressed for the opeator and was told that person was not available and was then told, "Goodbye". These people could write a book about being customer unfriendly . I have been a customer of theirs for about 10 years and they take taxpayers money through Medicare and treat me'like a beggar? Awful.
