You can't get a call back from this place. They will gladly take your money, but not provide customer service to match the cost. It seems this is the new norm for healthcare.

From the moment I arrived for my colonoscopy, everyone including the check-in assistant, nurse, anesthesiologist, doctor and check-out nurse were friendly and professional. They helped make an unpleasant procedure as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Digestive Health Partners of Asheville!

Not a great experience! My wife had a colonoscopy a couple of months ago and they were great. This time was different. They didnt allow her back with me prior which was the complete opposite of our last experience. I was somewhat anxious about the procedure. The staff was not very empathetic. Very procedural and clinical. The doctor (same as my wifes) was hurried and impersonal. Prep instructions (I had to download b/c they didnt send me anything) were contradictory. One page said clear liquids day before, one said day of. Fortunately, one of my best friends is a nurse and manages a large GI practice in another city and she was able to advise and answer my questions. Oh and lastly, they changed my appointment b/c the doctor was out that day and moved me to the next day but continued to send me info for the first appointment date, I.e. when to start certain meds and when to start clear liquids. I would not recommend based on my experience, but I believe theyre the only ones in town.
