My name is Stephen Hensley. My Dr is a fantastic Dr. Dr gettenger has been my Dr for a few years now. He goes above and beyond in patient care. I was in hospital having 3 wa y open heart surgery & he was calling checking on me . The world needs more like him. & also everything thing else has been great too

Like other commenters here, billing was a nightmare for us. Overcharging and billing for visits that didnt happen. Then, after emailing back and forth with the billing department, you get sent to collections with no notice. We are filing a complaint with the NC Medical Board and the NC Department of Insurance. $315 for a 25 minute counseling session. Then charged for an OBGYN visit that never happened. The doctor said we needed a follow up visit so we took off work. When we showed up, they told us that they made a mistake-we didnt need a follow up so we werent seen. We were charged for this appointment. DONT GO HERE! Trust all of the reviews. This place is a scam.

I don't remember the pediatrician/ nurse we saw but on Tuesday when my son was only 12 days old we were asked if we had any concerns and we talk but didn't get any helpful information. Then we said are main concern that he was checking on what felt like air...like he would choke in his sleep then go completely limp when he finally took a breath. When we told her this she replied with " I'm out of time. I have other patients to see." Then as she walked out of the room she huffed and gained the words ohy God. She didn't seem like she cared about his well being at all and ignored what we were telling her. It like she was in lala land. We will not be coming back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only people who were of any help were the front desk people who gave us directions to where we were suppose to go
