Peaceful atmosphere even in the lobby. This was my first professional massage and Jazmin helped make it a comfortable and truly relaxing experience for me. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

My girlfriend and I did a couples massage today and it was fantastic, a 10/10! They were so professional throughout the whole process. This was my first massage ever and Im very impressed! We will be back :)

Jazmin and Nina were both wonderful! Very knowledgeable and caring. They each made sure to ask me and my husband questions before and personalized our massages to our individual needs. Highly recommend!

As a local, I cannot recommend Sachi Spa to anyone! I called 11 days in advance on March 7th to reserve three reservations for my two daughters and me. I spoke to Savannah and have phone logs as evidence of my conversation with Sachi Spa twice that same day.! It was an important day for us, as my daughters live out of state and were visiting for our birthdays. We were scheduled to spend a special day together since two of of share the same birthday! I called several spas to ensure we could all three receive spa services together. However, when we walked into Sachi 15 minutes before our appointment time we were told there was no record of our appointments! It literally ruined our birthday celebration day. For consolation, they did offer services for two of the three of us several hours later and at different times. However, not all at the same time as we had scheduled. Evening plans excluded us from being able to accept later and separate times for two of the three of us. I am a reasonable and adaptable customer. My reviews are usually 5 star reviews! However, this level of customer service demonstrated disorganization, incompetence and a lack of attention to important details. It was extraordinarily disappointing, and I don't want this to happen to anyone else partaking in spa services in Asheville for a solo appointment and especially not for a planned group special day celebration. There are many other spas in Asheville that offer a myriad of spa services, vibes and locations. Beware of Sachi Spa. In response, the attendant said the error was the spas due to a new scheduling system. Yes, I assumed a confirmation by speaking to Savannah by phone( twice) and when she took my credit card number. This was definitely the spas error. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else!

My sister and I were in town celebrating my moms birthday, and my mom had booked two massages and a facial for the three of us. She booked the services over the phone on 3/7 and was told the reservation was confirmed for 3/16 at 2:30. She even gave the receptionist her credit card number in advance. When we arrived 15 minutes early for our appointments, the receptionist told us they did not have our reservation on the books. They were not sure how this mistake happened, and were not able to reschedule us for the same services later in the day. We ended up leaving without receiving the services we had reserved. It was a significant disappointment as we had been looking forward to getting pampered together, and my sister and I were only in town for one day. I cannot comment on the quality of services offered at Sachi Spa, but I would not recommend them based on the disorganization and unprofessionalism we experienced.
