I called to do an adjustment on a men's watch and they were very helpful and reassuring on the phone. I brought it in and they were able to do it right in the store in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Mike for taking my call and Christian for helping me in the store! The first place I called was going to send it away for 2 weeks. Yikes!

Nestor was amazing and helped us throughout the entire process. He was able to help us design and produce my dream ring. Reeds was able to provide exactly what I wanted, when other jewelers denied my requests. After shopping around we determined that reeds prices were just as great as their customer service. We are grateful for all of Nestors hard work and look forward to working with him in the future.
