        I returned my internet equipment here months ago , was assured my account was cancelled yet months later they are still charging. After spending literal hours on the phone with the corporate support Ive been passed to 3 different representatives to cancel the account and now they are trying to tell me I have to go BACK to the store to ask for a refund?! The store manager tried to tell me I have to talk to corporate. Safe yourself the trouble and avoid this store and the entire company.

        I'll be sorry I am leaving T-Mobile.. I left Verizon after 20 years in Greenville, SC when I moved to Asheville, NC because Verizon sucked up here.. T Mobile is great. I signed up on Spectrum for cable TV and internet, they offered 1 year free cell service.. so I took it. But Spectrum uses Verizon :(

        I had fantastic service from Cassidy S. at this location. In short, she worked with the customer support dept to reduce my monthly bill by $62, while keeping service for my 3 devices relatively unchanged. This customer-first mindset is why I'll end being a lifelong customer. Cassidy, if you're reading this, thanks again! I also came away impressed after eavesdropping on the conversation between the store staff and the customer support team. It's clear they all love their work there.
