He is easy to reach and continually suggests that you call him with ANY questions at any time and states that that is what he is there for. I have worked with Bankers Insurance for more than 20 years and I would have to say Eric is the best I have EVER worked with!!!!!

        I was a bit disappointed with the time it took to actually speak to someone about adding to my policy. This seems to be a recent change as I had always connected with my agent quickly in the past. I had to check several times about the progress of getting my item added to my policy, and I did not get timely email reply for updates. I hope the communication improves.
