        Matthew Horton on Mar. 26th told me that I had to have a physical ebt card in order to cash my groceries out. I know that a lie cause I used to work for ingles, hence the reason I chose this establishment to get my groceries.. When asked since when has this policy been in place he told me since eternity, which is also a lie. The laziness of your management is unacceptable and I would hope you would do something about it since it would be costing your business money if you turned away EVERY single person who did not have their physical ebt card. I hope he has the day he deserves
