These are such kind, authentically helpful people, who treat us like major clients though we have only a small IRA. The Asheville office is small and personal. We were always happy with the advice we could count on from Warren Wall. Since the merger with Capital Cities, we have been delighted with the very friendly, personal, down-to-earth clarity and gentle humor we appreciate in our interactions with Nate OSteen. Im always nervous talking about our money, especially since retiring. Nate has reassured us, explained difficult terms and concepts in accessible and instructive language, and guided us in our plans for the near and farther future. There wasnt an intimidating or even confusing element in our last meeting. The staff also provide excellent service, and are equally prompt and responsive whether by phone, email or in person. They seem like family rather than an office. We feel very grateful and fortunate.
