        Went to get my coivd test and they told me their website was down and that they were unable to administer the test. Not only was it a waste of time, but they offered no help as far as offering alternative solutions or giving a timeframe on when they might be able to do the test. I needed this test completed to be able to return to work and buying the at home tests are expensive. Instead of a "hey we're gonna try to figure this out for you" I was met with a "Too bad, better luck next time" attitude.

        Needed Covid test today. When I get to my appointment they tell me they ran out of test. Next time call someone and let them know. It was too late to schedule appointment somewhere else today.

        The wait times in the pharmacy are absolutely horrendous. The staff has been accommodating and lovely when you finally get a chance to speak and see them. Hopefully they can get some more people to help them. But the wait for prescriptions and even COVID vaccine and boosters are well within an hour or over. *Edit* Times and waits have significantly gotten better with time.
