        Updated 11/3/2023: Again went into this branch to get a document notarized. The same person who rejected the last one rejected this one. I went to the DMV, no issues with the same documents. Don't waste your time with this bank. Such a waste of a bank. As a customer I go in to have a document notarized, an exact copy but for another party that they notarized the last time with no issues. This time they say they changed their policy and could not do it. They make up things as they go along. Bank elsewhere.
