        We had friendly staff and delicious frappes today! I love this Starbucks, especially because it has a drive thru.

        The Starbucks Partners at this location are always very friendly and make great drinks! Parking: Parking lot is a little bit blocked with the drive-thru, but it's a necessary evil. There's still plenty of parking throughout the whole parking lot!

        This isnt my usual Starbucks in biltmore park but Ive been stopping here recently and its just not as good. For one thing, they use their bare hands to pick up cinnamon to put on top of the drink, secondly they forgot to add things to the drink. They forgot my cold foam and cream in the nitro brew, it was just regular cold brew with a little caramel flavor. The Starbucks in biltmore park is much better.
