My favorite, most expensive sweater ($400) that I owned for less than a year came into this cleaner perfectly fine and came out with the right elbow completely ripped through with fabric missing. It wasnt brought to my attention, I found it out once I got home. When I raised the question with them I was advised it was due to normal wear and tear and not their fault. When you spend as much money at a company they should be honest, be able to admit fault, and make reparations. Why is it NEVER their fault?

My parents have been using them for years, so I took my wedding dress to them after our wedding The bottom was filthy from dancing outside in it and I had self-tanner stains all along the bodice. They got it virtually spotless, preserved and box it, and all for an affordable price and within a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them for this service!
