Publix Catering at Pinnacle Point

I spoke with the cater about getting a cake done for my grandson birthday. She asked what I wanted and I told her she then asked for a photo and I emailed one.I got the call to be told yes she can make the cake then told flavor and what to put on it and what time I would be there to pick it up .Friday came I arrived at Publix right at 6pm to pick up the cake. You wouldv'e never thought but they didn't have the cake done and remind you they never called Either totally bad busy! Then going say it was a over sight then I proceed to say what will I tell my 2yr old grandson. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM PUBLIX!!

The cupcakes were delicious and the lady was super nice, but this experience was so bad it took everything in me to not cry. I ordered gender reveal cupcakes and made it clear that I did not know the gender. She hid it as she wrote down the gender and And I came back the next day for my cupcakes.. When I came to pick them up she inspected the cupcakes and the paperwork to make sure I wouldn't be able to tell the gender. The moment I looked down at the Box I saw blue icing on one cupcake Which really sucked because I was looking forward to finding out with my Family and friends that night. I then inspected the cupcakes and noticed that when looking at them from the side you could see blue on almost every cupcake. I got rid of the evidence and used a knife to fix all of the cupcakes So that everyone else would be surprised, But it was extremely upsetting how carelessly they were made. I love Publix And their desserts are delicious but if you are hoping to be surprised for your gender reveal do not go there.

Ordered large platter from deli w 3 different meats and it was the best for the price.
