        Been using Zips for quite awhile. Over the last two years, both locations in Asheville (Patton and Smokey Park Hwy) have continued to not be maintained. Maintenance is pretty non existent. Vacuums dont work, many times the Patton ave will just be shut down during the day. The attendants seem to be really checked out as well. The wash is just average. If there was another as conveniently located I would change washes.

        Have unlimited wash..very thorough. I love driving thru with no CC exchange(billed monthly). Love the free vacuums. Love having 4 choices in Buncombe to pass thru..workers are very helpful at each one
