Called the office to schedule an estimate to install a new bathroom shower. Ed showed up with a sour look on his face. Didn't introduce himself and was not very personal. Our little Yorkie wanted to say hi and he just acted annoyed. After showing him the new shower ideas he seemed not interested and acted like it was a waste of his time to be at our home. When I called the office to schedule an estimate I explained we had a small house and she understood because she had a small bungalow and just had a new bathroom remodel. I have received numerous estimates from roofers, siding, new doors, gas install, etc for our home remodeling projects and have never been treated like this before. Ed was not professional and lacked customer service worst than anyone I have ever met. I would never do business with this company. Ed is the owner of this company ; I would expect better.

Excellent experience from the initial estimate visit until the completion of our bathroom redo. All staff and vendors who worked on the project were considerate, professional. Ed, our project manager kept me informed almost daily what to expect. Highly recommend.
