        It's a horrible bank, I say this from experience. Their attendance was the worst, they humiliated me. They treated me like poor and even worse. I felt the bad vibe from the moment I walked in but I gave it a chance and it still didn't change the bad experience. I wouldn't want to be one of your clients. The lady who helped me was not friendly, she was a racist

        Went in with my husband to do a simple address change and one of the workers that knows us thought it was ok to flirt with my husband and was to in our business. Not professional. Don't plan on going back to that location.

        Never use there mobile app to deposit checks I've been. Waiting days for it to show in my account and there customer service can't even give you a straight answer I got told different days it might clear by I would recommend never using the mobile deposit on the app there customer service is about useless
