Jennifer and Thea were an incredible team for me and my spouse during the purchase of our home, especially in comparison to my seller's attorney, who didn't even notarize everything before leaving on vacation the week of closing and not answering his phone for days!! Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure we did not have to change our moving plans despite closing having to be delayed due to another attorney's incompetence.
