Greg Johnson and Ed Bleynat are thieves. They do not return calls and will eat up your money in their trust account and then fire you when they make a mistake. Funny how in their responses to their bad reviews they're almost all the same. They never admit when they're wrong, which is fine for a lawyer because that's what they're supposed to do, but when they steal trust funds, it's a problem. Their lawyers have been disciplined before for mismanaging trust account money.

I have pending bar complaints and fee dispute complaints going on with this firm because they stole money that was in my trust account and didn't use the funds to work my easily winnable cases. I'm sure in their response to this review they'll point out that I'm a felon who plead guilty to loan fraud, but this is why I needed lawyers in the first place. The lawyers at this firm has been suspended in the past for lying about trust account records, and on top of bungling new house purchases, sales, and two very serious and easily winnable civil cases where I was shot at and forced under duress to sell commercial property, I have been left handing them over 100 thousand dollars to not work my cases. The amount of negligence from this firm is criminal. What's worse is they tried to manipulate me to make me think it was all my fault.

This law firm misses deadlines and makes you pay to fix their own mistakes. Lawyers are bad enough as is but these guys bring them all down even more. I didn't get anywhere close to the result I wanted and in civil court, no one at this firm cares.

I was taken advantage of by an out of state company whose employee claimed to be a type of professional that they were not, which I relied on to my detriment. I was able to give over my worry and disconsolation about the matter to my lawyers, Ed Bleynat and Matt Giangrosso, who took on my problem as their own, allowing me to get on with important matters of family and business. During the entire course of the case I felt cared for, listened to, and supported. I am grateful for their advocacy, leadership, and the fair and balanced outcome they were able to obtain on my behalf. Good people. Good lawyers. They have my highest recommendation.

Delt with Jane Deerwester, we have a very obvious case we had a very short window as foreclosures tend to work and she was not timely nor filed necessary motions needed. She hardly was informed of any of the details as she only communicated through email and never attempted to make contact or hear the key points of our case . We called time after time , tried to set in person meetings even a zoom meeting (due to Covid 19) and was still only contacted via email and charged $75 per email after a retainer of $2500. Mind you we only had ONE shot at this as the foreclosure window was closing and we only had enough money to pay one lawyer . Would NOT recommend now having lost the house , credit and means of finding a home . trying to find a lawyer who will hear our extensive situation out is nearly impossible . Dont put your trust or future in this firm . They will not produce results .
