Fatz Cafe - Asheville

Service was terrible. The restaurant was not crowded but we waited for along time to have our order taken and to receive the check at the end. We should have realized it was going to be bad experience when the first table they gave us was nasty. Moved us to a second table that had been wiped and they left it wet. I had to get napkins and dry it off. Just a terrible experience at this location

Great new menu, enjoyed the hospitality and the cuisine. Must visit spot. General Manager Jimmy is professional and friendly! The staff are well trained and knowledgeable!

When we arrived in the parking lot after church service around 12:30 - it shouldve been a red flag because there wasnt many cars in the parking area then when I went to the restroom that shouldve been red flag #2 because it wasnt very clean at all and walking back to my seat I saw the sanitation rating and I shouldve left then . The tables were so sticky you just felt like not touching it or anything at all ! We ordered fried pickles and they were actually pretty good but then the rest of my food tasted just like the pickles so it wasnt pleasant at all- like everything was cooked together. My husband ordered ribs and they werent even warm - they were cold like they just came from the fridge. My biggest complaint though was I have NEVER been to a restaurant and not offered a refill EVER !! I didnt even finish my food because it was hard to eat it and not have anything to wash it down with. I never give reviews but this place was terrible!
