        Was with this insurance company for close to 20 years. I never had a claim! Had some shingles blown off during a wind storm. I was told that they would not help with the damage:( dont use them!!!!!

        I have been trying to reach this company for a solid week at the number provided. No one ever answers, ever. I am very disappointed. Our homeowner's insurance was switched to this company when the previous one went out of business. I'm afraid of what would happen if we ever had to file a claim. I'm disappointed and frustrated.

        Not only am I a policy holder, I am also an agent! I love CFM and all of the wonderful people there. We never have an issue getting questions answered or problems resolved. I feel confident with the company I have chosen to protect my home! They truly do care about their policy holders and help in any way they can!!!
