        I have called them 3 times to fix an error in the spelling of my debit card. I am on my 3rd debit card, with the same error on my card.

        The drive through has a big problem with waiting. Asheboro Truist needs more people on staff especially on Fridays. Waiting in line to make a deposit should not take over 30 minutes. Banks need to stop laying off people. You are making it less efficient and wasting time for costumers 1-5-24 2:25-2:57 p.m. is the amount of time I was waiting This is not attack on the staff its a concern and comment for the company.
