Three words we would use to describe Brian Marshall: joyful, trustworthy, dependable. When we first met Brian, he exuded joy and we could tell he loved helping people buy and sell homes. His knowledge and experience ensured us that we could trust him with our home. We knew he was dependable when he stuck by our side and helped us sort out unforeseen complications. When disaster struck in the form of a leaking oil tank, Brian called contractors and government offices, researching what we needed to do to fix the problem. Once the tank was fixed, Brian diligently sought the paperwork and necessary documents to conclude the project and get our house back on the market. While we were waiting on the oil tank resolution, we had to relocate to a new state for a job. Brian loyally and graciously helped remedy a flooding basement. Even though we had to leave in the middle of our process, we were confident in leaving it with Marshall Real Estate. We cant thank Brian enough for his kindness and patience. Though we faced considerable difficulties with our property, Brians steady hand helped guide us through to the end.
