        Joanna the receptionist at the 800 number for advent was awesome definately better to call her for appts. i hope all the staff at my new doctors office is just as great.

        I have NC Medicaid (United) and I saw Virginia Hauser. She was very kind, it was easy to get my labs and imaging, and scheduling was smooth. No copays, no costs, everything covered. The office staff was very kind and helpful. Very satisfied!

        The staff was very friendly and professional. My wait time was minimal, and I quickly saw Dr. Renaldo. She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, listened attentively, and did not rush me. After I asked all my questions, she responded and throughly answered all concerns and questions. I am very impressed with Dr. Carla Renaldo and Advent Health Care in Arden.
