Dr. Micheal Stephens at arden family health, caused my life to end shorter because he is negligent and incompetent. He and arden family health only care about money!

Front desk is always kind and efficient, the nurses and Dr. Scott are great. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctor appointments but Dr. Scott makes it feel like a safe place, she always explains things very well, listens to any concerns I have and takes me seriously, which really means the world. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Scott!

Ive been here twice now. The front staff has been so sweet that it actually alleviated my stress of having to go to the doctors. The nurses have always been kind and receptive which also made my visits ten times better. (Thank you so much for the stickers! Lol.) Both providers Boggs FNP and Balentine DO have been understanding, kind, and empathetic to my situations. They also answered all my questions and didnt make me feel like a burden. Overall Im very happy to receive care here!

I scheduled a new patient appointment over a month in advance. Two days before the appointment, I received a text reminder. I showed up for my appointment and was told that it was canceled because my doctor was gone, and they didn't know when she would be back so they couldn't reschedule, and no other doctors were available. I took time off work for the appointment. Apparently they tried to call me once beforehand and leave a voicemail, but my mailbox was full. I don't know why they didn't try again, send a text, or send an email. I don't know why I still got a reminder, too. Just a weird experience all around.

Dr. Michael Stephens is a negligent murderer. Asked for a MRI for 2 years because of a headache every day. My husband went and had to demand one. We went to the mri and I had a cancerous tumor that my Nero Dr said he could of given me a pill to shrink it, remove it, and it never would have turned to cancer. If he would have sent me when I asked the first time. Now I am dieing, leaving my lil girl alone. All because of my insurance. Your doctor micheal Stephen's is a murderer, I have waited long enough. Because of him, I have terminal brain cancer. He is a murderer. I have it in his own handwriting that he ignored my desperate plea for a MRI for 2 years! It could have been avoided. The tumor would not have turned cancerous if they had gotten to it when I first asked. I'm calling all patients to take on a Hugh suite against him and family health centers. You will not kill any more people, we will protest if something isn't done. I have now lost my job, lost my home, couldn't complete my degree. Lost out on a great career because of you all! I'm calling all news channels, already talking to Newsmax about it. They all are interested in my story. Family health centers are responsible for this especially Arden. 10 years,chemo,radiation, 2 sugeries not one apology. Their not human. , no heart or soul. Money is all they care about.
