Ed Tatsch, the owner of ETS has been amazing to work with and personable. He set up our wireless network and Sonus music.. Professional, incredibly knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain the issue and the resolution. Recently, we had a issue with our WiFi over a weekend. Ed responded and then showed up and got us operational in no time. He quickly discovered the issue and resolved it. I highly recommend Ed and his company!

ETS delivers personal service anytime we need it. In several situations their support meant the difference between making and losing real dollars in retail sales. When we cannot access files jewelry doesnt sell. But, We are up and running now with a network that meets our needs. Thanks to Ed and the crew at ETS for partnering with us at Grace Jewelers!

ETS Networks has provided the IT support for my small business for about 5 years. I am the manager of a very small medical practice and being the manager means I have to be able to do just about anything but treat patients. An IT guru I am not but Ed Tatsch and his staff have been able to put equipment and systems in place for us that make me look like a genius and done it all on a very reasonable budget. ETS is also affiliated at this location with ABC Office Systems. From that side of the business I have been able to purchase new and refurbished equipment which has also helped me out in the budget department. Almost 4 years ago I bought a Nitrous computer from these guys and at the same time I bought a $200 HP from a big box store. For the past 18 months that cheap HP has become very outdated and mostly turned into a door stop. The Nitrous computer is still my main machine at the administrative desk. Quality company, quality people.
