They were helpful at first but then it went down hill. First of all they were very expensive, which they are allowed to charge whatever they choose, so fine. But then they repeatedly text and call trying to "follow up". When I very politely asked them to stop blowing me up, the associate was very rude and then hung up the phone on me. This was probably a blessing in disguise bc peoples true colors come out when they don't get their way. Based off of this experience I would not recommend them and will be letting everyone I know about my experience.

Horrible experience with David and Outlaw Off-road, stay far away!!! Nothing but problems from this shop which have cost us so much time and money with no resolution. We brought the Jeep in for a lift, it had no issues at this time. The shop even inspected all components to be sure they were in a condition to support the lift. After getting the newly lifted Jeep back it began to have death wobble. Long story short- returned Jeep to Outlaw multiple times for them to fix death wobble and they returned it to us every time still with death wobble, which we are still dealing with to this day, almost 4 months later. Long story- During this time David had it sent to another shop for alignment and while it was there he authorized the shop to replace ball joints without asking or telling us. Then he hands us the $800 bill, we disputed this and he agreed to split the bill 50/50. The ball joint replacement was his attempt to fix the death wobble and it did not fix it, yet we paid out portion. The next attempt to fix it was replacing the track bar. The lift had come with a new track bar that was already installed and paid for so Im not sure why they replaced it, but since I had already paid them for one track bar I did not pay for this replacement. This didnt work, still death wobble. At this point I told them I am taking the Jeep elsewhere- this was 24 in days in the shop and $4k later with no resolution. When I get to the shop to pick up a couple hours later they had suddenly fixed the issue by adjusting the toe out. Now there was no more death wobble but the tires began to wear very quickly in the inside due to this adjustment. This fix was just a band-aid to mask the symptoms and was not sustainable. Got the tires replaced to for 2k (they would have needed it in the next year anyway) and then the new tires began to wear very quickly as well. Not wanting to ruin the tires we decided we had to get it back in alignment. Since Outlaw adjusting it out of alignment is what masked the issue, it was not shocking that once the toe was corrected and the band-aid Outlaw offroad had used was taken off, the death wobble was back. Having no more money to throw at this issue at this time the Jeep is sitting in the driveway- unable to be driven due to death wobble. Over a month ago I called David and asked him for a partial refund since we brought them a working Jeep and they returned to us a non-drivable Jeep. I had hoped to use this money to go towards getting the Jeep repaired, a repair it did not need prior to being at this shop. He immediately declined 2 of my requested refund items and stated he would contact the owner of the shop regarding my request for a refund of $745 in labor charges and $370 refund for the ball joints that werent authorized. Over a month later and I still havent heard back. David is very difficult to work with, he talks in circles, never gives a straight answer, deflects and wastes your time telling you about all the issues everyone elses Jeep is having. Terrible customer service and unethical business practices!

Rick, David, Christian, and the entire staff did an awesome job on my Trail Boss build. When we ran into an issue getting the BDS lift kit in, they went the extra mile and were able to get it from another source. They helped me out by working around my schedule to let me pick up my truck on a day they werent open. Theyre knowledgeable about all aspects of a build from fabrication, lift kits, suspension, lighting, you name it. The attention to detail on this job was great as well. Awesome work but even better people. Absolutely love how everything came out and highly recommend them for anything you need. Cant wait to work with these guys again.

If I can give them a zero star, I would. I was given a quote and they wouldn't honor the original quote they provided me due to their own mistake and their lack of expertise and professionality. Good Job David, you lost a customer.
