Came out within minutes of calling for power failure and was wonderful and very professional with helping us! Truly Appreciate him coming out at such a late hour and diagnosing the problem. Will be our first call for future reasons!

I called to get a quote. I was told "time is money" and I could get a quote for $75. When I said I was not expecting to pay to get a quote, I was told "good luck". I found two other companies that came right out and quoted my job the same day. Neither charged me for a quote.

Person on phone so unprofessional, poor costumer service!!! And on top of that that person calls me back to insult me on phone. Like I said, POOR COSTUMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW TO NONE COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS. I am surprised with all good reviews. IF YOU DONT MIND A LOW CLASS, DISRESPECTFUL PERSON COMING IN TO YOUR HOUSE HIRED THIS PERSON. AND TO YOU....ELECTRICIAN"....YOU GOT A LOT TO LEARN TO RUN A BUSSINESS!!!!I AM GLAD I DIDN'T LET YOU IN MY HOUSE AND BE AROUND MY FAMILY...ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE WRONG WITH YOU. COSTUMERS......PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!
