Bojangles

The food was so good!! I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was delicious and tasted fresh. The service was good to. The young lady that served me was polite and helpful. I used their drive thru service, which was great and convenient. I had a great experience at this Location.

Ordered cajun filet club. No bacon or cheese. Pretty disappointing. Got the lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Just no bacon or cheese which was the selling point.

tl;dr: They always get it wrong I am a huge fan of Bojangles generally (figuratively and literally), but this particular restaurant consistently gets my order wrong whenever I go. I usually avoid it until it's been a while and I forget or it's directly on my way and I'm in a hurry. This last time they had a guy standing at the speaker entering orders and taking payments. When I got to the window, they had my order wrong. I pointed it out. They said "well, it's what he put in", shrugged, and shoved the bag out the window. Yes, I could have argued but I was overtaken by personal shame for having given that store yet another try. I parked, went in, paid-for/got what they missed, and drove off vowing to both post this post and to write the store off completely. They always get it wrong.
