Overall were helpful in replacing a pump outside quickly. Very high priced though. Charged about $300-$500 an hour for labor, and did work with me a little on price when realizing the size of the project. They also forgot to check and let me know the level of my sewage tank to know if it needs to be pumped soon, as we discussed. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

John was on time, actually a little early. He is such a clean cut and professional young man. Intelligent, knows his profession well so he is both proficient and efficient. Cleaned up after his work. The service was exemplary, Scott arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated since I didn't have to wait around for hours. He surveyed the issues, gave me a quote and in less than 90 mins, he replaced my shower drain and wax seal. A true professional and at no time did I fell like I was getting the run around. In fact, when I at first declined one service he gave me sound advice in case I wanted to do it myself. I decided to stick with a professional however. I'm super happy with the service and will be a repeat customer..
