Jose told us he was insured and he wasn't. He sent an unqualified workmen to do work. We gave him 1k dollars up front, didn't do the work promised and kept the money. He email us and said he'd return it and he never did. We're all in the process of taking him to small claims court. He did a similar thing to another neighbor. We finally had an engineer to help us with repairs and told us the "little" one day worth of work he did was wrong and needed to be undone. BEWARE!

Jos and his crew are very professional and do fantastic, quality work. We hired JC Homeworks to completely renovate two guest bathrooms and our laundry room. They moved walls, addressed plumbing issues, relocated electrical, replaced sheetrock, built beautiful custom cabinets, laid tile flooring and tile work for two showers, installed baseboards, painting ... the list goes on.
