We like our new bed a Tempur-pedic. Sorry to say the process at this location was not the best. They should tell you "if your old mattress has any stains you will have to dispose of it yourself" Dont put this on the delivery team. I told them the salesman at the store said they will take away your old box springs and mattress. He gives us a receipt stating this. So i said sorry I dont want new if you cant take the old one. Now they bring the new one back out to the truck and in the process they break a lamp. Delivery guys are very sorry and pay for the lamp, then say ok we will get take the old mattress away. Yeah for real, so i would say find one you like and just click it online it has to be better then this.

Delivery service is terrible. After waiting several hours at home, 1st delivery arrived with tear in mattress. When replacement mattress was scheduled, 2nd delivery did not give a call ahead and so no one was home when truck arrived. 3rd delivery attempt was made and replacement mattress also came with a tear in it. Too much time waiting around without more concise delivery times. Customers deserve an exact time, not a 3 hour window and should be given updates when times change or get delayed.
