Conserva Irrigation of the Triangle

Had an irrigation system installed by Conserva and I couldn't be happier. They dealt with the town for my second water meter so I didn't have to. They were quick to answer any question I had as well. Overall great experience.

We had Conserva Irrigation do a full system installation at our home. They were extremely knowledgeable and and also patiently went through our future landscaping plans to customize the installation around them. Update: Less than 24 hours after leaving this review, I did receive a call from the owner. He ended up refunding the summerization and winterization package and making an appointment for me to have the backflow valve replaced. The technician came today and replace the valve and fixed a couple of other small things, which I greatly appreciate. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the company making it right. I had a summarization/winterization contract with this company for two years. This past winter, I had an appointment to have my system winterized on November 21. I assumed they came and did their work and thought no more of it until last week when I realized there was a leaking pipe after a snow storm. Called Conserva and left 4 voicemails as well as 12 texts attempts. Each text attempt, the intake person assured me that someone would get back to me within 15 minutes. No one ever did. I finally hired another company today to find out that my system was never winterized per my contract and my back flow valve is now busted as a result. Do NOT hire this company.
