One of the managers is incredibly rude and loud and wouldn't let me even finish a sentence. Really makes me wonder why she has a job where you regularly speak to people, when she so obviously hates it. Wish I had caught her name.

Like the store but not thrilled by the employees at this location. Generally unhelpful, look like they want to kill themselves - keep refusing to use coupons they give themselves. Don't even scan the coupons to see if they are valid. Just awful service.

I honestly hate to leave this review. Ive been going to this ac Moore for years, but recently customer service has just gone absolutely downhill. The employees used to be super friendly and helpful, but the ones they have now never smile and look like they hate being there. Theyre very rude and look at customers like theyre inconveniencing them by shopping there. Im a cashier too, and I get its not an easy nor the most enjoyable job for a lot of people, however its their job, and mine at my workplace, to be polite and friendly to customers. I always prioritize customer service because thats what keeps me as a customer going back to stores, and I dont like walking into a store where I immediately feel unwelcome. Joannes fabrics or even michaels nearby has much friendlier employees.
