Went to pick up some boxes for shipping because according to the website they had them in stock. Samantha went above and beyond to find these for me but they were not in stock after all. She called the Walnut Street location and found a couple for me. She was courteous and professional and is an asset to the company. Shes the reason Im rating 5 stars.

I feel like I have given this copy center enough chances to give up on it. Easy things are always wrong. Like I'll order online and have the copies 3-hole punched, or stapled, or double-sided and they just don't come out that way and I have to stand in the store and wait for them to fix it. Yesterday I ordered 50 copies of a flyer and specified that they needed to be cut. I got a phone call about 8 hours after my order from the copy center telling me their cutter was broken. It was just 50 copies! Could they not have gotten a guillotine cutter from their own shelves to cut the copies? I even asked them to do this and the guy said no. In the time that had elapsed between my order and getting the call, I could have printed them on my own, run out of ink, ordered new ink from Amazon, had it delivered, installed the cartridges and printed them out, and hand cut them with scissors. I give up on this location of OfficeMax's copy center. I have tried enough I think to write them off completely. If you are in a hurry, or don't have time to stand there at your pickup time and have them re-run your job to fix their mistakes, try somewhere else.

Everyone is super helpful and sweet. They attended to me very quick and helped me with everything. I love this place. Great customer service, everything is easy to find due to being so neat and organized.
