The staff must be paid by how fast they greet you. They also carefully watch you use the ATMs in the lobby seemingly hoping they can spring into action and provide help.

Got all 3 of my kids switched from first checking to their high school account and all with an amazing rep with patience and a huge smile. Answered all my questions. Neema Rwehumbiza, you are amazing. I dont usually take the time to write reviews but today I had to make sure people know how amazing she was.

I brought my father who is a senior citizen and the banker was extremely rude and impatient with him. She was speaking spanish to her coworker and speaking ill of my father because he was taking a long time. She thought I did not know spanish and I told her to be patient in spanish. I will never take my father there again or advise anyone to come here. 1 star is too much.
