        Iam giving these stars because of Mark maintenance person.. he is very sweet kind hearted and smiley person.. he gets done work asap I wish other people from management would be like him as well some people does not have polite way to answer us..

        Its 92 degrees outside it should not be like this in the gym. Numerous times since last year! Have we told maintenance the A/C does not work & still nothing is done about it this is ridiculous. Someone who cant handle the heat will pass out.

        UPDATE: its been about a year and a half since I first wrote this review. The management/maintenance team were able to get my apartment treated and I havent had roach issues since. I must say that they handled my concerns with poise and provided a solution. Im very thankful that my concerns were heard and acted upon. They were also VERY quick to replace my water heater when it began to leak. Thank you, Lake Cameron team! Original review: While the apartment is very spacious, I have had constant roach issues since moving in almost 6 months ago. The office is helpful in scheduling the bi-weekly pest control, but even after putting down traps, I still see pests around. I have requested professional pest control, and am at my wits end.
